Kelsey Evans

Kelsey Evans is an accomplished Environmental Protection Specialist at the US Environmental Protection Agency, where responsibilities include managing contracts, designing the Sustainable Communities Accelerator Network, and overseeing budgets and performance of contractor teams. Prior experience includes serving as International Program Manager at The Climate Reality Project, expanding global operations and managing work streams across multiple countries. Kelsey has also held roles such as Environmental Educator with Save The Bay, where engagement with diverse students was prioritized, and Community-Based Environmental Management Facilitator with the Peace Corps, where impactful community projects were developed. Kelsey’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and International Studies from American University.
