Christopher Ross

Christopher Ross has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Area General Manager for Stock Yards Chicago & St. Louis at US Foods since December 2021. Prior to this role, Christopher held key positions including Vice President of Operations at Chicago Meat Authority from July 2018 to November 2021 and Sales Director at JBS from 2016 to 2018, where responsibilities included leading the supply chain for all JBS USA Fed Beef brands. Christopher's background also includes significant roles at Harris Ranch Beef Company, where management positions spanned from Head of Procurement to Director of Pricing/Sales, achieving cost reductions and profitability improvements. Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University, Fresno, from 2001 to 2005.
