Alexander D. Greene

Mr. Greene was appointed to the Board in May 2014 and named Chairman in May 2019. Mr. Greene has more than 35 years of experience in corporate finance and as an independent member of public and private company boards of directors. Mr. Greene is a director of Ambac Financial Group, Inc., Element Fleet Management Corp. and GP Natural Resource Partners LLC and served as Chairman of the Board of Modular Space Corporation prior to its sale in 2018. Mr. Greene is also a volunteer firefighter and President of the Armonk Independent Fire Company.
