Barbara J. Faulkenberry

Major General (Ret.) Faulkenberry was appointed to the Board in January 2016. She retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2014 as the Vice Commander, 18th Air Force, Scott Air Force Base, IL, where she had responsibility for the command’s worldwide mission of providing rapid global mobility for U.S. armed forces through airlift, aerial refueling and aeromedical evacuation. She was also responsible for enroute and contingency logistics support. Since retiring from the military, General Faulkenberry has served as an advisor for Momentum Aviation Group, a trustee for the Air Force Academy’s Falcon Foundation and a director of two not-for-profit organizations.
