Bahram Motamedian serves as Executive Managing Director of Portfolio Management for USAA Real Estate. Bahram is responsible for evaluating and initiating new investment strategies and vehicles as well as overseeing separately managed accounts, including investments made on behalf of and by USAA’s balance sheet. Bahram also oversees the company’s proprietary artificial intelligence platform and application of predictive analytics to address relative investment risk throughout the organization. Bahram chairs USAA Real Estate’s Strategy Advisory Group and is a member of the firm's Investment Committee.
Previously, Bahram was Managing Director with Hines in London with the responsibility of making real estate investments on behalf of Hines and its investors. He has over 20 years of experience in global real estate investment.
Bahram earned his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a former Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and a member of ULI, ICSC, NAREIT, and INREV.
