The current leadership team at USANA Health Sciences has a long history with the company. The President, President & COO, and Chief Operations Officer all previously held the position of Chief Production Officer. The Chief Production Officer oversees the manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of products. They also develop and implement quality control procedures. The President & COO is responsible for the overall management and operations of the company. This includes strategic planning, resource allocation, and product development. The Chief Operations Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly. All three members of the leadership team have a background in Math & Computer Science from Francis Marion University.
