Robert Fredette

Robert Fredette has over thirty-five years of professional experience in the magnet industry. Robert began their career in 1982 as a Process Engineer for Keystone Carbon Company. In 1994, they moved to Kane Magnetics as a Manufacturing Engineer. In 1997, Robert joined Magnet Applications as a Plant Manager. In 2011, they became Operations Manager for Superior Energy Resources, LLC. In 2012, Robert was appointed President of Intrinsic Magnetics, LLC. From 2015 to 2021, they held roles at Magnet Applications, Inc. as an Engineering & Quality Manager and Applications Engineer. Most recently, Robert has been working at USA Rare Earth, LLC since 2021, where they have been a Director of Magnet Operations, V.P. Global Natural Resources, Vice President Operations, and Project Manager.

Robert Fredette attended Penn State University from 1985 to 1992, where they earned a Master of Advanced Technical Engineering (MATE) degree in Materials Engineering.
