Benji Orlansky

Head of Customer Success at Kojo

Benji Orlansky is currently the Head of Customer Success at Kojo. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Customer Success at ShippingEasy from November 2017 to July 2020. In this role, they were responsible for driving post-sale customer efforts to deliver a best-in-class product and service experience to a wide variety of eCommerce sellers.

Before ShippingEasy, Orlansky was the Senior Manager of Customer Success at OutboundEngine from October 2014 to November 2017. In this role, they oversaw a team of account managers and was responsible for meeting customer success KPIs.

Orlansky began their career in customer success at Cars.com, where they served as an Account Manager from June 2013 to October 2014. Benji then transitioned to higher education, working as a Program Assistant at Northwestern University's Center for Talent Development from November 2012 to May 2013.

Orlansky has also held positions at HomeMade Pizza Company and Kelly Services. Benji is a graduate of Northwestern University.

Benji Orlansky has a B.A. in English from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of Texas at Austin.

Benji Orlansky reports to Maria Rioumine, CEO & co-Founder. They work with Ken Wohl - Head of Marketing, Ryan Gibson - CTO & co-Founder, and Matt Dunlap - Head of Sales Operations.
