Jennifer Adams

Jennifer Adams has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at USG Corporation since September 2009, following a tenure as Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Associate General Counsel and Real Estate Counsel at Kimball Hill Homes from September 2005 to April 2009. Earlier in the career, Jennifer worked as an Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP from July 1998 to September 2005. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law (1992-1995) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The Ohio State University (1988-1992).
