Chirag Halani

Chirag Halani is an accomplished professional in customer success and product management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Ushur since September 2025. Prior to this role, Chirag held positions as a Product Management Advisor at the University of California, Davis, and as Director of Client Success at UiPath. With a strong foundation in customer success, Chirag has also worked at UiPath in various capacities, including customer success, and at Oracle as a Global Product Leader and Agile Product Manager. Early career experience includes software development roles at Acme Packet, Draeger, and LogMeIn. Chirag holds an MBA from the University of California, Davis, and additional degrees in Big Data and Social Analytics from MIT, MS in Computer Science from Northeastern University, and a BE in Electronics and Telecommunications from North Maharashtra University.
