Nicole Silcio has over 15 years of experience in the sub-contract utility locating industry. Nicole has held various roles such as Team Supervisor, Training and Development Specialist, and Operations Manager. In their current role as CT Area Manager at USIC, Nicole effectively manages the economic stability of the District and ensures professional customer relations and world-class service quality. Prior to their current position, Nicole worked at On Target Utility Services as a Team Supervisor and at JLN Associates LLC as a Site Fire Watch. Nicole also has experience as a Repair Technician at Clinton Instrument Company. Nicole's background includes knowledge of PURA regulatory requirements and the ability to lead teams in safety sensitive and production-based industries.
