Toni Foster

Toni Foster, Esq. is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Trademark Examining Attorney at the USPTO since October 2021. Prior to this role, Toni was a Federal Register Liaison with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel from January 2021 to October 2021. Toni has also gained experience as a Student Attorney at the NCCU School of Law Trademark Clinic, where responsibilities included conducting trademark searches and advising clients on trademark matters. Earlier roles include a Legal Intern position with the U.S. House of Representatives, assisting Congressman Dwight Evans, and a Summer Internship for the Honorable Judge Milton Tingling at the New York State Supreme Court. Toni holds a Doctor of Law degree, cum laude, specializing in Intellectual Property Law from North Carolina Central University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hampton University.
