Rachael Wheat Smith

Rachael Wheat Smith is currently the Director of Finance and Human Resources at USTA Southern California, where they leverage a broad range of accounting experience across diverse sectors, including non-profit, manufacturing, healthcare, and retail. Rachael previously held various accounting and managerial roles, including Controller at BrownTrout Publishers and Accounting Manager at both Hairsensations and Beauty Hair Trading. They also served as a Business Manager at IERF and have experience in teaching computer accounting part-time. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DeVry University and an MBA in Marketing from Keller Graduate School.
