Dorota Stopczyk

Dorota Stopczyk is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing People Services and HRIS across multiple regions. Currently, as Senior Manager of People Services Switzerland & HRIS EMEA at VF Corporation since May 2014, Dorota oversees a team responsible for over 1,000 employees while also coordinating HR operations in the EMEA region. Previous roles include HR Operations Manager (interim) and HRIS Manager EMEA, where Dorota successfully led the implementation of global payroll solutions and the Workday HCM system across 17 countries. Prior experience encompasses HR Business Partner for Allegion, PLC, and various HR roles at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies and DHL Express Europe, demonstrating a strong background in employee engagement, leadership development, and talent management. Dorota holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Gdansk.
