Hannah Koschnitzke

Hannah Koschnitzke currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Employee Communications Strategy at Vail Resorts, where the focus is on designing and leading internal communication strategies for a workforce of 55,000 employees. Prior experience at Vail Resorts includes roles as Manager and Analyst in Employee Communications, collaborating with operations leaders on change management and executing communications strategies for HR initiatives. Prior to this, Hannah worked at Project Angel Heart, holding positions from Marketing Coordinator to Marketing & Grants Assistant, where significant fundraising achievements were made. Earlier experience also includes roles with the University of Denver Sociology Department, Boettcher Foundation, and Community Shares of Colorado. Hannah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Religious Studies, along with a Minor in Leadership Studies from the University of Denver.
