Antonio J. Busalacchi

Antonio Busalacchi is a board member at CO-LABS. Antonio was previously the head of global talent acquisition at Silicon Labs from June 2017 to June 2021. During their time at Silicon Labs, they led the global TA function and scaled the team from 4 to 14. Some of their notable accomplishments include transitioning the ATS from SuccessFactors to Jobvite, simplifying workflows which increased recruiter productivity by 40%, launching a new career site, executing a sales hiring project against an aggressive timeline, and expanding the global recruiting team by 300%. Antonio also achieved 100%+ of global hiring goals in 2018, 2019, and 2020, as well as 100%+ of University hiring goals in 2018, 2019, and 2020. In 2019, they launched Silicon Labs' Talent Branding Strategy. Antonio has also launched TA footprints in Budapest, Hungary and Hyderabad, India.
