Olav Frölich

Olav Frölich is the Director of Technology & Data at Valcon. Prior to joining Valcon, Olav was a Senior Manager at PwC, where they worked on transformation, post-merger integration, enterprise architecture, and change management. Olav also served as the Chairman of The Association of Development of Boards, a network with a focus on board work in SME companies. In addition, Olav was a Board Member of Danish Solar Energy / Dansk Solenergi ApS, a solar energy product producer with patented technology. Olav has also been a Partner at Devoteam, a leading IT and management consulting company with operations in 25 countries within EMEA. At Devoteam, Olav had responsibility for a large business unit, established and maintained relationships with the largest customers in the private domain, and worked for selected clients as a program manager. In addition to their Danish roles, Olav also had group responsibility for outsourcing consultancy and enterprise architecture with a direct reference to HQ in Paris.

Olav Frölich has an EMBA from the International University of Monaco in Business Administration and Management, General. Olav also has a CBA from AVT (Association of Visionary Thoughts) in Management and an M.Sc.EE. from DTU - Technical University of Denmark in Electrical Engineering. Olav is also certified from Scaled Agile, Inc. in SAFe Agilist Certification Certification.
