Holly Kodors

Holly Kodors, CPHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR advisory roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor and Talent Acquisition Specialist at St Barbara Limited since November 2021, Holly has previously held positions as a Human Resources Advisor and Generalist at Trevali and as a Human Resources Business Partner at Kirkland Lake Gold. Holly has demonstrated expertise in full cycle recruitment, leave management, the interpretation of Collective Bargaining Agreements, and HR metrics reporting. Additionally, Holly began a career in mental health as a clinician at Timiskaming Health Unit, providing critical assessments and interventions. Holly holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management with Honours from Durham College and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Brock University.
