Ted W. Rollins

Ted W. Rollins is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the niche housing sector. As Chairman, CEO, and Founding Partner of Valeo Groupe since December 2014, Rollins has played a pivotal role in developing community-focused housing for students and seniors across the Americas, Europe, and the Nordics. In addition to leading Valeo Groupe, Rollins serves as Chairman of Concorde Holdings, Inc., Valeo Groupe Europe, and Valeo Groupe Nordics, and has held significant roles in several other companies including Rose Hall Developments Ltd. and MXT Group. Prior to these positions, Rollins founded and led Campus Crest, a prominent student housing developer. Ted W. holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BSBA from The Citadel.
