Michael Arun Raj

Michael Arun Raj currently serves as the Regional VES Director for India & ASEAN and Regional HR Digital Leader for ASEAN & Japan at Valeo, where responsibilities include driving HR digitalization and implementing key initiatives such as automated payroll and learning processes. Prior to Valeo, Michael held various HR roles at Perfetti Van Melle, including Head of HR Shared Services and India and ASEAN Payroll Manager, as well as HR positions at Threptin, AVTEC Limited, Foxconn, and CRI Pumps. Michael holds a Master of Social Work in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Social Work from Bharathiar University.
