Mark Conley

Mark Conley is the current Vice President, Corporate Controller and Treasurer at Valeritas. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Finance at Kaleido Biosciences from January 2020 to March 2022. From January 2016 to January 2020, Conley was the VP Corporate Controller / Treasurer at Valeritas, where they were responsible for accounting, financial reporting, planning, analysis, internal controls, and cash management. From August 2012 to December 2015, they served as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Valeritas, responsible for financial budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis of the business. Prior to joining Valeritas, Conley served as the Interim CFO at Eastern Research Group (ERG) from May 2012 to August 2012, where they managed the Accounting Department, Financial/operational reporting, forecasting, Contract administration, and US Government FAR/CAS compliance. Mark also served as the Global Finance Director at Thermo Fisher Scientific from June 2007 to May 2012 and as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Iron Mountain from January 2005 to June 2007. Conley began their career at Iron Mountain in January 2002 as the Vice President of the Division Controller before being promoted to their current role.

Mark Conley has a MBA in Finance from Bryant College and a BSBA in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
