Alan has more than 15 years experience in leading successful sales teams within fast growth SaaS and Infrastructure technology organizations. Before Validity Alan served in executive-level sales roles at industry leaders including Compuware Corporation [CPWR], Everbridge [EVBG], Smartbear Software, and Tomorrow.io. Most recently Alan served as Chief Revenue Officer for Tomorrow.io [formerly Climacell] where he dramatically scaled annual revenues by focusing on customer centric solution selling to core industry markets across North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.

Having experienced great success on the sports field in his youth, Alan looked to take all the attributes of successful sports teams and apply that to his management style. Alan has built his career on managing customer centric teams where accountability, passion and focus result in the enjoyment of team success.
