Andrew Jensen is the current Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Valilly. Andrew has held this position since October 2019. Prior to their current role, Andrew was with InitializeAI as their Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer.

Andrew has been in the technology industry for over 10 years. Andrew started their career as a software engineer and quickly rose through the ranks to become a technical lead and then manager. In these roles, they oversaw the development of numerous software products used by millions of people around the world.

In their role at Valilly, Andrew is responsible for leading the company's transition from their previous employer, Crowded. This transition has been successful due in large part to Andrew's planning and execution. Andrew has overseen all aspects of the transition, both technology and non-technology related. This has included assigning, tracking, and managing company employees on all major tasks needed for the success of the transition; seamlessly transferring and transitioning all Crowded technology; methodically designing, developing, and safeguarding data privacy; producing all online and offline marketing collateral; creating and advancing all new company marketing strategies; developing the company pitch deck; creating new contractual agreements; providing company legal counsel; identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top company talent; and continuing to lead on all tasks originally performed as CTO of Crowded.

Thanks to Andrew's efforts, Valilly has been able to successfully expand and develop all new company technology while also increasing customer interest and generating new leads. Andrew is an essential part of the team and is helping to make Valilly a top company in its field.

Andrew Jensen attended Staten Island Tech High School. Andrew then went on to Hofstra University and received a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA with a dual major in Management Computer Information Systems and Marketing, and a minor in Geography. After Hofstra University, Andrew Jensen attended Michigan State University College of Law and received a Juris Doctor (J.D.). Andrew is certified from the New York State Unified Court System as a New York State Licensed Attorney.

Andrew Jensen reports to Ken Salamone, CEO. They are on a team with Nathan Hayner - Director of Sales and Business Development, Marvin Aleman - VP, Software Engineering, and Angel Anderson - Office Administrator.
