Shannon MacKenzie

Shannon Mackenzie is an experienced Credit Analyst currently serving at Vallen Canada since April 2022 and at Heritage Food Service Group of Canada since September 2018, with a total of over seven years in credit analysis roles. Prior to these positions, Shannon worked as a Credit Analyst at Vallen from July 2015 to July 2018. Shannon's experience in academia includes a role as a Teaching Assistant for Finance II at the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary's University in 2014, where responsibilities included grading assignments and invigilating exams. Earlier experience at the Capital District Health Authority from 2006 to 2012 as a Utility Worker in Food and Nutrition involved meal preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to a new tube feed delivery system. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary's University and a Bachelor of Science degree with minors in Biology and Professional Nutrition from Mount Saint Vincent University.
