Claudia Moench Ottosson has held various leadership roles in global HR and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at Valmet since 2026. Previously, Claudia was the Head of Global HR R&D at Polestar and held multiple positions at Volvo Cars, including Talent Management and People Experience Lead. With a strong foundation in business operations as Director at Software AG, Claudia’s early career included roles at IDS Scheer and Daimler AG. Claudia holds a Master's degree from Universität des Saarlandes and completed a degree in Innovation Leadership at the University of Gothenburg in 2023.
