Flavia Vieira

Flavia Vieira is an accomplished HR and HSE professional with extensive experience across various industries in South America. Currently serving as the HR & HSE South AME Director at Valmet since February 2021, Flavia previously held multiple HR roles at Bombardier Transportation from 2013 to 2021, including Country HR for Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, and Peru. Flavia's career also includes significant positions at Boston Scientific, Cargill, and Ciba, where responsibilities encompassed the development and implementation of management programs and individual development plans for employees. Flavia has pursued advanced education at prestigious institutions such as IMD, INSEAD, and holds an MBA in Human Resources from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and Universidade de São Paulo.
