Kurtis Kelly

Kurtis Kelly is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and private equity. Currently serving as the Director of M&A at Valsoft Corporation since April 2025, Kurtis previously held the position of Associate in Private Equity at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) from February 2022 to April 2025. As the Founder of Kelly’s Fighting Chance Foundation, Kurtis raised awareness about blood donations and supported cancer patients, including organizing an annual golf event that raised over $10,000 for the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. Kurtis's background includes roles as an Investment Banking Associate at TD Securities and as an Analyst at RBC Capital Markets, complemented by leadership experience as the CEO and CIO at Queen's Capital. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business/Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
