Michael Krogh-Schlichter

Michael Krogh-Schlichter serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Transformation Europe at Valtech, overseeing strategic business and organizational transformation across all European markets. With extensive experience in operational management, Michael has held pivotal roles including Chief Operating Officer for Valtech Nordics and Managing Director for Valtech Denmark, leading teams ranging from 230 to over 3000 employees. Michael's career at Valtech has involved significant responsibilities in sales, client delivery, and cross-functional leadership across various departments. Prior to Valtech, Michael held consulting and management roles at Accenture and Microsoft, focusing on enterprise IT change management and solution sales. Michael holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Copenhagen Business School.
