Louise Howells is a seasoned professional in talent management and leadership development, currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Management at Valvoline Global Operations since April 2024. Prior to this role, Louise was the Head of Learning and Talent Development at Immediate Media Co from September 2021 to December 2023.
