Tobias Schaap

Tobias Schaap is an experienced professional in the maritime and offshore engineering sectors, currently serving as Tender Manager for Offshore Wind at Van Oord since June 2021. Prior to this role, Tobias worked at Damen from January 2016 to May 2021, holding positions such as Project Manager, Tender Manager, and Design & Proposal Engineer, contributing to various projects related to shipbuilding and engineering. Earlier experience includes a graduation internship at Royal IHC, a web designer role for the Delft Waterbike Technology Foundation, and project assistance at Ulstein Sea of Solutions BV. Tobias holds a Master of Science in Marine Technology with a specialization in Ship Hydromechanics and a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
