Heather Flint

Heather Flint serves as the Payroll & Benefits Coordinator at Van Tuyl Companies since September 2025, bringing extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Previously, Flint held the role of Human Resources Specialist at New Freedom from May 2023 to August 2025, where responsibilities included supporting HR operations and managing full-cycle recruitment. Prior to that, Flint spent over 15 years at Grand Canyon Education, Inc., advancing through various roles including Adjunct Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruiting Manager, Faculty Services Manager, Ground Faculty Scheduler, and Academic Counseling Manager, demonstrating a proven track record in faculty recruitment, scheduling, and team leadership. Flint holds a Master of Psychology in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Grand Canyon University.
