Jennifer Napier

Jennifer Napier is an experienced environmental planner and project manager currently working at VHB since October 2017, where roles include Associate and Senior Environmental Planner. Prior to VHB, Jennifer served as a Client Services Coordinator at Banfield Pet Hospital and held various positions at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. from August 2003 to October 2014, which involved NEPA project planning and environmental analysis. Early career experiences include farm management at Carrolls Foods, IT support as a User Consultant at the University of Missouri, and research assistance as a Student Technician in the Animal Science Research Center. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
