Heather Prime

Heather Prime, ABC, is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors, including finance, health care, and occupational safety. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Communications at Vancity since March 2020, Heather oversees internal communications to enhance employee experience and supports the organization's strategic goals. Previously, Heather held various roles, including Senior Manager of Enterprise Communications at Vancity, Communications Leader at Vancouver Coastal Health, and Manager of Corporate Communications at WorkSafeBC, where responsibilities spanned team leadership, strategic planning, and executive communication. With a strong foundation in editing and project management from positions at CGA-Canada and the Continuing Legal Education Society of B.C., and a BA in English Literature from The University of British Columbia, Heather combines creativity with strategic insight to drive impactful communication initiatives.
