Marion Havil is a process improvement manager specializing in IT delivery at airports, with over six years of experience in the tech industry. Beginning their career as an IT developer in Munich, they advanced to IT process manager at Commerz Finanz GmbH, where they successfully implemented the ITIL Problem Management process. After moving to Eindhoven, Marion worked at Fluke Networks as a technical support assistant and became a CRM power user. Currently, Marion serves as a board member for Role It Out, inspiring young women to pursue careers in technology.
