Victor Zitian Chen, PhD, CFA, is a visionary leader in fintech and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Analytics for Personal Investor Strategy & Services at Vanguard. They previously held roles as the Head of Science Excellence at Amazon and Director of Data Analytics and Insights at Fidelity Investments, where they spearheaded innovative analytics platforms and established industry standards. Victor founded GoPeaks and was a Fellow at the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment, in addition to holding various academic positions, including Associate Professor at Copenhagen Business School and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. They are pursuing a Master's in Information and Data Science at the University of California, Berkeley.
