Joyce Ha is the Vice President of Global Apparel at VANS. Joyce has over ten years of experience in the apparel industry, with a focus on product management and merchandising.

Joyce began their career at Levi Strauss & Co. in 2008, where they spent four years in various roles, including Senior Buyer Merchant Menswear, Senior Merchandising Manager, and Product Manager for the Asia-Pacific region. In 2012, they were promoted to Vice President of Global Apparel at VANS, where they have been responsible for leading the company's apparel strategy and initiatives across 15 countries.

Under Joyce's leadership, VANS has become a more consumer-centric brand in Asia, with an inventory turn of less than 2 months. Joyce has also played a key role in transforming the company's regional model into a single global line, and has streamlined the multi-market model by integrating the product assortment into a single regional model.

Joyce Ha studied economics as an undergraduate at the University of California, Berkeley. Joyce earned their BA in economics from UC Berkeley.
