Audra Parker

Audra Parker is the current Vice President of People at Vari. Audra has over thirteen years of experience in the field of human resources, and has held various positions of increasing responsibility during that time.

Audra began their career in 2005 as Head of North Americas HR for Fossil Group, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for driving the people strategy and talent lifecycle for all Corporate functions, the Americas Region, Retail Stores, Field Merchandising, and Distribution. During their time with Fossil Group, they also served as a coach and strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, and was responsible for leading the company's M&A activity for three acquisitions (Skagen, Bentrani and MisFit).

In 2018, Audra joined Vari as Vice President of People. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's talent management efforts and overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Audra has also been instrumental in leading Vari's acquisition activities, employee assimilation and retention efforts for three global acquisitions: Skagen, Benton, and MisFit.

Audra Parker completed their undergraduate degree in business/human resources at The University of Texas at Dallas. Audra then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in organizations and strategies from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.

They work with Sheena Turner - Senior Director - Customer Experience, Tim Cummings - Vice President of Operations, and Jeff Dinard - Chief Information Officer. Audra Parker reports to Jeff Lamb, President and COO.
