Vishal Nidhalkar

Vishal Nidhalkar is an experienced business leader with a strong background in sales and channel management within the automotive and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as the Business Head for Global Aftermarket at Varroc since August 2023, Vishal oversees both India and international aftermarket operations for a major automotive component manufacturer. Prior to this role, Vishal was the Head of Sales and Channel Excellence at Livguard, leading key sales transformation initiatives. Career highlights include various leadership positions at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, where responsibilities ranged from trade channel relationship management to regional sales management, achieving significant market growth. Early career experiences include positions at Coats Group and Wipro, coupled with a foundational internship at HSBC Private Bank. Vishal holds a Post Graduate Program in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute.
