Adam Weber, Chief Marketing Officer, is responsible for Nerdy’s marketing and public relations initiatives. Prior to joining Nerdy in 2019, Adam held a number of senior marketing leadership roles including as the Chief Marketing Officer at Dollar Shave Club, where he led all aspects of brand strategy, advertising, PR, customer acquisition, and CRM from early growth to the company’s $1B acquisition by Unilever. In his time at Dollar Shave Club, he drove acquisition efforts that led to millions of subscribers, delivered best in class retention, and grew the brand from scratch to 80%+ brand awareness - establishing the company as the pre-eminent player in men’s grooming. Prior to Dollar Shave Club, Adam worked at Gilt Groupe leading marketing strategy and planning for the women’s division and spent seven years at Procter & Gamble in a variety of brand management and marketing roles. Adam graduated with a BS in Marketing from the University of Dayton and lives in Cincinnati with his wife and three children.
