Meena Sathe

Meena Sathe is a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter at Varutra Consulting since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Previously, Meena held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Adenza from January to June 2022 and worked as a Senior Executive at FlexAbility, an RPO initiative of ABC Consultants, between July 2021 and March 2022. Earlier roles include Associate Sourcing Manager at Vinsys and Trainee Recruiter at Global Talent Track, along with experience as an IT Recruiter at Informos Systems from November 2015 to June 2017. Meena holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune.
