Eric Valentin is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in managing recruitment processes across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at VAT GROUP since November 2023, Eric leads and develops teams in the EU and Malaysia, focusing on leadership and coaching. Previously, as Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner at CSL Behring, Eric oversaw international recruitment for CSL Plasma, covering multiple countries and roles up to Senior Director levels. Early career roles included positions at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Robert Half International, Michael Page International, Alltitude SA, and Elan IT, showcasing a strong background in IT recruitment.
