Julianna Schmidt, MHA

Julianna Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Julianna is currently working at Vault Health as a Client Success Manager, where they support current clients and identifies new business opportunities. In their previous role at FSSolutions, a Vault Health Company, Julianna served as a Workforce Solutions Specialist, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire client journey. Julianna also held the position of Manager of Occupational Health Services, where they managed a team, optimized workflow, and facilitated service demonstrations for clients. Prior to that, Julianna worked as an Occupational Health Coordinator, handling DOT physicals for multiple trucking agencies and providing efficient resolution to problems. Before joining FSSolutions, they were an Administrative Services Facilitator at HELP of Door County- Family Access Solutions, where they coordinated family services and maintained detailed records. Earlier in their career, Julianna gained experience as a Youth Support Specialist and Shelter Care Worker at Brown County Shelter Care, providing direct care to youth and maintaining professional communication with stakeholders. Julianna also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Chilton Care Center and Manitowoc Health & Rehab Center, where they provided care to residents in various settings. Additionally, Julianna served as a Lakeland Singer at Lakeland College, acting as an ambassador and performing at social events. Overall, Julianna brings a strong customer focus, creative problem-solving skills, and experience managing teams to their work.

Julianna Schmidt, MHA, has an extensive education history. Julianna began their educational journey by obtaining a high school diploma from Chilton High School in 2007. After that, they pursued further studies at Fox Valley Technical College, where they earned a certificate in Certified Nursing Assistant in 2006.

Julianna's academic pursuits continued at Lakeland University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology between 2007 and 2011. Following their undergraduate degree, they attended Ohio University from 2012 to 2014, where they successfully obtained a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.

In addition to their degrees, Julianna has also acquired additional certifications. Julianna obtained a certification in IHI from the IHI- Institute for Healthcare Improvement in December 2012. Furthermore, they obtained a CPR and AED certification from the American Heart Association in June 2012.
