Adriana Hurduc

Adriana Hurduc has extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management, currently serving as a member of the VC Platform Global Community since October 2022 and Global Women in VC since February 2021. Previously, Adriana held leadership roles as Head of People & Talent at Cavalry Ventures from October 2020 until January 2025 and at NAP for a brief period in 2025. Prior experience includes strategic and global talent acquisition roles at companies such as Clue by Biowink, HelloFresh, and Babbel, with earlier positions in office management and coordination. Adriana earned a BA in Travel and Tourism Management from the University of Northampton between 2010 and 2013.
