Vince R. DiValerio

As Vice President of Acquisitions for Vector Security, Inc., Vince DiValerio is responsible for all acquisition activities including prospecting, due diligence and supporting conversion and integration.

Mr. DiValerio began his career with the company in 1978 as an office manager. He later became a residential sales representative and then a residential sales manager in the Philadelphia office. In 1995, he was promoted to manager of the Philadelphia branch before becoming manager of the Philadelphia district in 1998. He has been in his current post since 2000. An accounting graduate of Philadelphia's Drexel University, Mr. DiValerio is based out of the Plymouth Meeting office of Vector Security.
