Cynthia Tam

Cynthia joined Vectr as an integral part of their Finance team in 2021. Leveraging on her previous corporate experiences, she assists in the oversight of the investment portfolio as well as monitors the finance functions. Within her scope of work, she is also engaged in valuation, KYC process and deal structuring. She actively works with both internal stakeholders on investors relations as well as collaborating closely with external parties such as Vectr’s service providers, EY and Apex.

In her previous role, Cynthia worked as an Assurance Associate at Ernst & Young (“EY”). She has experience in auditing clients from different industries, such as real estate, hospitality, and entertainment. Her scope of work included the preparation of financial statements, staffing for internal engagements, and preparing budgets. In parallel, she was actively engaged in managing client engagements, from onboarding to implementation.

Cynthia offers the team a breadth of international experience having be brought up in Hong Kong but also graduated from the University of Guelph in Canada with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce.”
