Paul Horsmans

Paul Horsmans is an experienced communication advisor with a diverse background in public sector communication roles. Since 2015, Paul has been working as a Communicatieadviseur and in Communicatie & Externe Betrekkingen at Gemeente Haarlemmermeer, and since 2016 at Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland as a Communicatieadviseur Bevolkingszorg. Previous positions include roles at Gemeente Medemblik, Gemeente Stede Broec, Gemeente Halderberge, and Gemeente Hoorn, as well as freelance journalism with AD NieuwsMedia.
