Kaj Erik Olsen

Kaj Erik Olsen is an accomplished IT and digitalization leader with extensive experience in municipal and regional government IT management. Currently serving as the IT and Digitalization Leader at Vejen Kommune since March 2014, Kaj supervises a team of 17 in the IT & GIS department. Previous positions include Project Leader at Region Syddanmark, IT Chief at Billund Kommune, and various IT management roles in other municipalities dating back to the 1990s. Kaj holds multiple relevant certifications and degrees, including systemic coaching, PRINCE2 project management, and a Pre MBA in strategic management, demonstrating a strong foundation in both leadership and project execution.
