Georgios Markakis is a seasoned financial professional with over 20 years of expertise in deal origination, execution, financial analysis, and valuation. As the Managing Partner at Venero Capital Advisors since 2015, Georgios has a notable record advising on transactions exceeding $25 billion in M&A, equity financing, and debt financing. Current roles include serving as a Member of The Supervisory Board at Velocity Network Foundation and as a former Board Trustee at Inspire! Education Business Partnership. Previous experience includes positions in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley, as well as management consulting at BearingPoint.
