Karen McDonagh Reynolds

Karen McDonagh Reynolds serves as the CTrO, Transformation Executive, and Board Member at Velonetic since September 2022. Prior to this, from January 2018 to May 2022, Karen held the position of Global Technology Director at WTW, where responsibilities included leading transformation portfolios and strategy, enabling a decentralized global business to enhance operations through cloud technologies. Additionally, Karen was the Global Lead for Inclusion in Technology at WTW, advocating for greater inclusiveness in the tech sector and participating in various change boards. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Technology and Change at Aviva plc from August 2012 to December 2017. Karen holds a PGC in Coaching Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London and a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology from Birmingham City University.
