Prashanthi Kuruvalli

Prashanthi Kuruvalli currently serves as a Senior Biocurator at Velsera since January 2023, previously holding the same title at Pierian from August 2022 to January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Research Analyst at Excelra Knowledge Solutions Pvt Ltd from January 2018 to April 2020 and as a Faculty member at the Centre for Post Graduate Studies, Jain University from March 2014 to December 2015, where Prashanthi taught various subjects including Cell Biology and Molecular Genetics. Earlier experience at GENOHELIX BIO-LABS as a Research Associate from April 2008 to February 2014 involved designing projects in molecular biology and managing academic projects for students. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Biotechnology from Jain (Deemed-to-be University), and additional studies in Cancer Genomics and Precision Oncology from Harvard Medical School.
